Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy :

1.Cancellation cant be done once the order is booked and payment is completed


In the rare eventuality you wish to exchange a product, please read our below policies - 

  1. If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at mentioning your Order ID The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  1. The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  2. If you think, you have received the wrong product/Damage Products ,Kindly send email ( within 24hrs  .Opening video compulsory in this case.
  1. Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 1 day of receiving the product would not be accepted.
  1. Returns will not be entertained for reasons of slight difference in color or Feel of Material.
  1. Exchange can be done with Other Products or Refund. We will pay the Shipping cost in case of Saree Damage/Wrong product.


Refund Policy:

Refunds once eligible will be given equivalent store credit or will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 2 to  5 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
